The Workshop was attended by the EERQI project partner from HU-Berlin and was composed of 50 participants.

The 2010 EASY-ECO conference in Brussels on the European perspective of evaluation of sustainable development (SD) will be the final event in the EASY-ECO series of events and therefore presents a good opportunity to get in touch with the EASY-ECO network for one more time. It will take stock of almost a decade of the EASY-ECO programme and SD evaluation practice at EU and national levels in order to - together with important European actors -identify the challenges ahead.

The Workshop on Natural Language Processing Tools applied to Discourse Analysis in Psychology was organised by the Instituto de Altos Estudios en Psicologia y Ciencias Sociales in Buenos Aires, Argentinia.

The EERQI project was represented by Ágnes Sandor and Angela Vorndran through a contribution on semantic analysis.

The purpose of the 6th International Conference on Web Information Systems and Technologies (WEBIST) is to bring together researchers, engineers and practitioners interested in the technological advances and business applications of web-based information systems. The conference has four main tracks, covering different aspects of Web Information Systems, including Internet Technology, Web Interfaces and Applications, Society, e-Communities, e-Business and Web Intelligence.

The specific topic of the Fifth International Conference APE 2010 - Academic Publishing in Europe was 'the roles of researchers, librarians and publishers' in scholarly communication. The Conference  generally adresses the role of information in science, education and society.

The Workshop on Text and Citation Analysis for Scholarly Digital Libraries took part in the frame of the joint conference of the 47th Annual Meeting of the Association for Computational Linguistics and the 4th International Joint Conference on Natural Language Processing of the Asian Federation of Natural Language Processing.

The conference aimed to address the central goals of the TEPE Network which relate to: Advancing research in and on Teacher Education, Increasing mobility and extending the European Dimension in Teacher Education, Enhancing quality through the renewal of evaluation cultures in Teacher Education.

The 8th International Conference on Dublin Core and Metadata Applications will be held from 22 to 26 September 2008 at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.  The Conference is co-organized by the Competence Center for Interoperable Metadata (KIM), Göttingen State and University Library (SUB), Max Planck Digital Library (MPDL), German National Library, Humboldt-University zu Berlin, and the Dublin Core Metadata Initiative (DCMI).

SuMa-e.V. is a non-profit organisation for search-engine technology and free access to knowledge.

The SuMa-e.V. congress 2008 takes place in Berlin. Main topics are the awarding of the SuMA-Awards 2008 and lectures about technical and legal focus on access to information.
