The Education research associations from around the world met in Singapore on the 4th International Meeting on November 24-25, 2008. At the meeting, representatives reaffirmed a commitmentto establish a World Education Research Association (WERA) and finalized several kex document for its formation, including a constitution and financial, programm, and transition plans.
